Are your subconscious beliefs sabotaging your life?

So often I hear women say that they want success and know that they deserve success. However, when I actually talk to these women, I do not feel any of this from them. Instead, I feel their fear, anxiety, self-doubt, and anger with themselves for not being successful yet.

Of course, these women haven’t found success yet. How could they? Their inner beliefs about themselves and their abilities aren’t aligned with what they say they want from their lives. In other words, their subconscious beliefs are in direct conflict with their conscious thoughts! Their subconscious mind is running the show and is happily sabotaging things!

You might wonder what’s the difference between your subconscious beliefs and your conscious thoughts. Let me tell you! Your subconscious beliefs are your long-held beliefs about yourself that may not always be true. Basically, they are everything that is bubbling away below the surface and controls all of your decisions – even though you aren’t aware of them! On the other hand, your conscious thoughts are all of the thoughts that you are aware of. Positive affirmations, for example, are conscious thoughts.

Dr. Bruce Lipton, who is a great resource to find out more about the subconscious, states that people are driven by their subconscious beliefs approximately 95% of the time. This means that you can say positive affirmations until the cows come home; however, if your subconscious beliefs and conscious thoughts are in conflict, you will not be open to receive what you say you want.

In other words, if what you are saying a conscious level doesn’t match how you feel on a subconscious level, your subconscious will always win. That is, your subconscious will always win unless you release the old and untrue beliefs. You must master your mindset and stop the self sabotaging.

So, the big question is: How do you release these subconscious beliefs that are holding you back from achieving the life you deserve?

Thankfully, there are many amazing options to help you get rid of your old beliefs that no longer serve you! Here are just a few options:

  • EFT
  • Reiki/energy healing
  • Hypnotherapy
  • Crystal healing
  • Kinesiology
  • Yoga

All of these are great modalities to help you release your limiting beliefs. However, the most important thing is that you choose a modality and a practitioner that is right for you. Make sure that you feel heard, supported, and safe during the sessions. You want to have a genuine trust and connection with the person working with you. Without trust in the modality as well as the practitioner, you will not receive a healing and release of the untrue subconscious beliefs that are holding you back.
