As a rough guide, the package would include:
- 12 x 90 minute sessions with a blend of EFT & Energy Work, Hypnotherapy or Breathwork
- A recording or relevant audio from each call (Energy healing and guided meditation placed to music / Hypnosis audio created to help with reprogramming the mind when you have a hypnotherapy session)
- Access to my EFT & Meditation Library (over 250 EFT scripts & 14 Guided Meditations)
- Access to my Group Breathwork Sessions @ 11.30am UK time (2 x month)
- Weekly Email & Daily What’s App support between sessions if you would like additional support and accountability
