Private Sessions (6 month package)

As a rough guide, the package would include:

• 6 x 90 minute sessions with a blend of EFT & Energy Work, Hypnotherapy or Breathwork
• A recording or relevant audio from each call (Energy healing and guided meditation placed to music / Hypnosis audio created to help with reprogramming the mind when you have a hypnotherapy session)
• Access to my EFT & Meditation Library (over 250 EFT scripts & 14 Guided Meditations)
• Access to my Group Breathwork Sessions (Usually 2 a month)
• Accountability for you to achieve your goals
