Self-Care Collective

The ultimate 8 week programme for successful and driven women, who are feeling overworked, overwhelmed and almost burnt out. You want to get life back on track, by making self-care a priority and finally creating solid and sustainable foundations for your expansion and growth. Next round starts Jan 2024.

We all know how important self-care is, but putting this into practice is often the biggest challenge; especially with busy lives, lots of responsibilities on our shoulders and the constant curve balls that come our way.

When we feel exhausted, anxious and overwhelmed the first thing we ditch is self-care. We tell ourselves that we don’t have the time, energy, head space, or even money, to make those necessary changes or to focus on ourselves. Our inner voice is telling us to choose the path we know, to not rock the boat and to accept what we already have.

We’re also extremely aware of the needs of other people and we do anything we can to avoid judgement, rejection and criticism. Instead of making our decisions from a place of authenticity, we make our decisions from a place of wanting to please and to avoid conflict.


Self-care helps us to achieve greater levels of success and expansion, because we feel more courageous when it comes to making changes, speaking up and giving attention to what we want and need. Success is pointless if it's not sustainable:

We’re more creative, focused, inspired and motivated. We have an abundance of energy to get things done because we finally have the clarity we need.
We’re tapped into our intuition and make better decisions. Our choices support our truth, energy and sensitivity.
We’re better partners, parents, friends, colleagues, siblings and children. We have more to give because our cup is full, we're setting boundaries and we're speaking our truth.
Accepting our sensitive nature and the way we look at the world is a huge part of self-care. Not only do we feel better about ourselves, we're able to live in a more authentic way.
We believe in ourselves and what we’re capable of; feeling confident to make changes, assert boundaries and try new things. Suddenly the world is full of exciting possibilities again.
We actually enjoy life, instead of feeling like we’re in survival mode. We're open to fun, laughter and pleasure again and socialising feels energising instead of depleting.

With weekly modules, the opportunity to review progress throughout and invitations to try things that align your body, mind and soul, you’ll feel better than you have in years. We’ll be addressing all areas of your life that cause you to feel frazzled, overwhelmed and depleted. We will be looking at things such as:

  • Understand what your body needs and putting this new knowledge into action
  • Getting to know yourself and what you really want from life
  • How to assert your boundaries in a loving and compassionate way
  • Stopping the people pleasing and healing those old inner wounds
  • Learning new things and making time for fun, play and pleasure
  • Having difficult conversations
  • De-cluttering your homes and your life
  • Leaning into your triggers and seeing them as an opportunity for growth, clarity and change
  • Stopping sabotage and procrastination
  • Committing to forgiveness
  • Allowing yourself to receive
  • Gaining clarity as you plan and take action

What's Included

Weekly topic

Each week I will share a new topic to explore and take action on. We will do this within our 90 minute group sessions, because I know that life is busy enough without lots of homework. These sessions will raise your awareness of things that impact your sense of well-being and remind you to focus on self-care and to prioritise you. Our time together will include some self-reflection, meditation and the chance to have some 1-1 coaching and/or an EFT script created specifically for you.


Each session I’ll be inviting you to take action and through our Community Group (Whats App) I will hold you accountable. You can ask questions, share your goals and of course celebrate success. For those of you that decide upon the VIP option, you will also benefit from bi weekly private sessions with me and daily What’s App support. We are here to create change and make life work for you again.


To support you as you embody more self-care, you’ll have full access to my entire EFT/Tapping library, which currently has over 250 videos that you can use and various meditations infused with energy healing. These are things you can listen to or watch daily; they will bring out the best in you and help you to embody more self-acceptance and self-belief. You will also have the opportunity to attend 4 of my group Breathwork classes, which take place on a Wednesday at 11.30am UK time.

Commonly asked questions:

When does the next group start?
The next group will start on Tuesday the 14th of November at 3.30pm UK time and run up until Christmas. Imagine getting to the end of the year and feeling better than you have in years!
Is there a community space?
There sure is. To make things easy and because everyone is always on their phones, I'm thinking of using What's App.
Are there live calls?
There sure is. We will have 6 weekly calls, which last no more than 90 minutes and we will cover everything you need for the week, including some 1-1 time. I am open to fixing the time of the session, once I know who has signed up. Day time commitments and time zones will all be taken into consideration and I'm a big believer in the right people always coming together.
What if I fall behind?
There is no behind; each call will be recorded and you can come back to them when it suits. I always trust that you will get exactly what you need from the programme. Even making one change a week is going to lead to significant transformation in your life.
How many people will be in the Self-Care Collective?
Each group will have a maximum of 8 women. I want to create a safe, intimate space where people feel comfortable to open up and share. It will also allow time for everyone to have some bi-weekly 1-1 time with me.
