Conscious Connected Breathing
We all know how important self-care is, but putting this into practice is often the biggest challenge; especially with busy lives, lots of responsibilities on our shoulders and the constant curve balls that come our way.
When we feel exhausted, anxious and overwhelmed the first thing we ditch is self-care. We tell ourselves that we don’t have the time, energy, head space, or even money, to make those necessary changes or to focus on ourselves. Our inner voice is telling us to choose the path we know, to not rock the boat and to accept what we already have.
We’re also extremely aware of the needs of other people and we do anything we can to avoid judgement, rejection and criticism. Instead of making our decisions from a place of authenticity, we make our decisions from a place of wanting to please and to avoid conflict.

Just like you, I’m a busy woman with many responsibilities and commitments; including a thriving business, teenage children, a dog and a mind that is always open to and exploring new opportunities! However, over the years I’ve come to realise that our self-care is essential if we’re to live our best life and experience joy, love and happiness in all we do. The trouble is, we’re very good at putting everyone else first and ignoring our needs and what’s right for us. Each week I will share a new topic to explore and take action on. We will do this within our 90 minute group sessions, because I know that life is busy enough without lots of homework. These sessions will raise your awareness of things that impact your sense of well-being and remind you to focus on self-care and to prioritise you. Our time together will include some self-reflection, meditation and the chance to have some 1-1 coaching and/or an EFT script created specifically for you.
Each session I’ll be inviting you to take action and through our Community Group (Whats App) I will hold you accountable. You can ask questions, share your goals and of course celebrate success. For those of you that decide upon the VIP option, you will also benefit from bi weekly private sessions with me and daily What’s App support. We are here to create change and make life work for you again.
To support you as you embody more self-care, you’ll have full access to my entire EFT/Tapping library, which currently has over 250 videos that you can use and various meditations infused with energy healing. These are things you can listen to or watch daily; they will bring out the best in you and help you to embody more self-acceptance and self-belief. You will also have the opportunity to attend 4 of my group Breathwork classes, which take place on a Wednesday at 11.30am UK time.
