As a rough guide, the package would include:

• 4 months of support and accountability (weekly check in between sessions)
• 3 Months of What’s App Support
• 4 x 90 minute session of Hypnotherapy, EFT & Energy Work, or Breathwork
• 4 x Group Breathwork sessions
• A recording or relevant audio from each private call (Energy healing and guided meditation placed to music / Hypnosis audio created to help with reprogramming the mind when you have a hypnotherapy session)
