Using my Beyond Burnout Framework, we will explore:

Root Cause – identifying what is actually driving your stress, overwhelm and exhaustion
Boundaries – identify where and with who you leak energy and how to close those gaps
Feeling Safe in Your Body – emotional regulation, nervous system healing and understanding trauma
Forgiveness – of others and of yourself
Letting Go & Acceptance – releasing what you can’t control, accepting others and the past so you can be free
People Pleasing – why you do it, where you do it and the cost of people pleasing 
Self Identity – who are you beyond your roles and being a ‘good girl’? Release self doubt, boost your confidence, release limited thinking/beliefs
Relationships – who are you in relationships; exploring the dynamics, toxic connections, basic intro to attachment styles, co-dependency
Speaking Up – expressing needs without guilt and fear
Self Sabotage & Procrastination – what’s really underneath your choices and behaviour
Allowing Yourself to Receive – opening the heart space, expanding your energy, creating space for ‘being’ in your feminine
Celebration, Gratitude, Intuition & Expansion – building a life that actually feels good, embracing gratitude, trusting yourself again


What to expect:

  • You’ll have a weekly session with me to explore what came up from the weekly topic. So there is an expectation that you will read the info provided, do the journal prompts and reflect. You have to really want change and a better life for yourself.
  • You will have access to a training suite where you will find all the content for each week and additional EFT scripts, journal prompts, Meditations etc
  • This is an intensive and so the expectation is to have weekly sessions, with one weeks break for integration if needed.
  • I will be holding you accountable and lovingly nagging you for actions agreed and to dive deeper.
