Each week we’ll have 2 blissful hours together – we’ll journey within so that you can really see and understand where your emotional baggage has been impacting your relationship with yourself and with those that you love. We’ll explore some key areas that I know will change how you feel and how you show up for yourself and/or your partner. This part of the class will leave you with insights, practical tips and some actions to implement within your life. It’s not enough to have more information, we need to act and create change.
I truly believe that this course is needed now, more than ever. So many people are dealing with intense emotions, all brought on by the situation we find ourselves in.
So many of us can feel alone and confused when it comes to our relationships and our own sense of self. This program will change that, because you’ll feel more deeply connected to yourself than ever before. The first part of the class engages your conscious mind and the second part engages the subconscious mind…and we all know how much power is stored here! Breathwork is a simple and yet powerful healing technique which helps to clear away negative emotions and all the heavy energy that goes with it; fear, stress, overwhelm, panic, anger, resentment, and that feeling of being out of control. You can also experience intense healing from things such as grief, trauma, the mother wound, the father wound, generational wounds, healing from narcissistic relationships and so much more. I am yet to find an area of life that this incredible modality can not reach.
It’s also a powerful way of awakening your own energy and of reconnecting you with yourself. You’ll get the clarity you need to make those big decisions and to begin taking action. After each class, you’ll feel lighter, less anxious and stressed, feeling more connected to yourself and your intuition. You’ll feel more courageous in speaking your truth and standing up for yourself, having clarity over what you really want and need. You may suddenly find the courage and strength within you to release toxic relationship and assert healthy boundaries. You’ll also experience a deeper sense of love and gratitude for those that you share your life with and the part they’ve played in your growth and healing.
It’s time to dump your emotional baggage and choose to expand your energy, heart and life!
This is all about forgiving yourself and forgiving others. Holding onto this emotional baggage really doesn’t help you in the present moment and it’s not fair on your existing partner either. When you can begin the process of healing those old wounds and you can forgive yourself for the part you played, you set yourself free. It also ensures that the energy of anger, resentment, bitterness no longer impacts current and future relationships.
We all have hopes and expectations over what we thought a relationship would look like and feel like. We also have dreams of the future and when we no longer have that person in our life, we’re grieving more than the loss of the person, but also our dreams and expectations. Letting go, sets you free… you can rewrite your future and choose love again.
When we release our emotional baggage and we choose to expand our heart, we can deepen the intimacy in our existing relationships. Imagine feeling more connected to your partner, feeling safe in being vulnerable with them and feeling more accepted, seen and appreciated than ever before. We’ll clear the fear around being open and honest, of being rejected and of not being heard.
Trust is the foundation of all relationships, yet for many of us the trust has been broken or was never truly given in the first place. This is where forgiveness is key, but also know that when you trust yourself, it’s easier to trust other people. You will have the courage within you to know that you will always listen to your intuition and act on it. Even if it’s asking you to do difficult and challenging things. We’ll explore what trust means for you, so you have clarity over what you need to feel emotionally safe.
I’ll help you to rediscover who you are, by rebuilding your confidence and sense of self worth. It’s time to love and accept the person you see in the mirror and know that you’re worthy and deserving of having the love you truly desire. No more settling because you think that’s all you deserve. When you love and respect yourself, you’ll demand more from those who share your life. You’ll look back and realise that everything happened for a reason, you’ll demand more from existing/future partners and you’ll have the love you deserve.
It’s time to give yourself permission to receive more from those in your life and from yourself. Enjoy that deeper connection, embrace open communication, get clear on who you are and what you want and allow others to be there for you. Don’t forget, the beauty of healing your heart and opening up to more love, is that you also open yourself up to more in other areas of your life. Energy seeps into all areas of life, so it’s win/win!

I recently had my first on-line breathwork session with Marie. Marie is such a beautiful soul and she has a way of making you feel completely at ease, she created a very safe and nurturing space for the session. I have been doing Breathwork with Marie Houlden in group settings, and one-to-one for several months now and I can safely say that it is life-changing. I've done A LOT of inner work over the years, with different teachers, mentors, healers and techniques but nothing comes close to Marie's Breathwork.I have cleared trauma that I didn't know was there, as well as crap that I couldn't shift with other tools. I’m not the same person I was a year ago – these are the words I found myself sharing and they’re so true. I’m more calm, relaxing and trusting of everything that is happening in my life. I have more clarity than ever before about my life purpose and how I want to help people and I have a level of belief within me that I’ve never experienced so strongly before.
I’m trained in many healing modalities and I’ve experienced many many more, but I can hand on heart say that Breathwork is the most powerful and intense thing I have ever experienced. It’s such a simple thing and yet when I breath I come home to myself.
That first time was beyond magical; I felt such intense energy, I cried my heart out and I felt a deep peace that normally takes hours of meditation to achieve. Fast forward a few months and undertaking my own training as a Breathwork Healer was inevitable. The blend of conscious breathing and energy healing is just so powerful and being able to share this magic brings me such joy.
Every time I breath it’s different and I completely trust that my body and soul knows exactly what it needs to peel back another layer, to heal and to expand who I am.
