We all know how important self-care is, but putting this into practice is often the biggest challenge; especially with busy lives, lots of responsibilities on our shoulders and the constant curve balls that come our way.

When we feel exhausted, anxious and overwhelmed the first thing we ditch is self-care. We tell ourselves that we don’t have the time, energy, head space, or even money, to make those necessary changes or to focus on ourselves. Our inner voice is telling us to choose the path we know, to not rock the boat and to accept what we already have.

As sensitive souls, we’re also extremely aware of the needs of other people and we do anything we can to avoid judgement, rejection and criticism. Instead of making our decisions from a place of authenticity, we make our decisions from a place of wanting to please and to avoid conflict.

Self-care helps us to feel more courageous when it comes to making changes, speaking up and giving attention to what we want and need. Finally we’re living more authentically:

Motivation
We’re more creative, focused, inspired and motivated. We have an abundance of energy to get things done because we finally have the clarity we need.
Intuition
We’re tapped into our intuition and make better decisions. Our choices support our truth, energy and sensitivity.
Relationships
We’re better partners, parents, friends, colleagues, siblings and children. We have more to give because our cup is full, we're setting boundaries and we're speaking our truth.
Self-Acceptance
Accepting our sensitive nature and the way we look at the world is a huge part of self-care. Not only do we feel better about ourselves, we're able to live in a more authentic way.
Self-Belief
We believe in ourselves and what we’re capable of; feeling confident to make changes, assert boundaries and try new things. Suddenly the world is full of exciting possibilities again.
Joy
We actually enjoy life, instead of feeling like we’re in survival mode. We're open to fun, laughter and pleasure again and socialising feels energising instead of depleting.

Daily Prompts

Each day I will share a reminder, journal prompt, quote or idea for you. It will remind you to focus on self-care and to prioritise your well-being. If you struggle with self-care ideas, I’ll be sharing lots of tips, suggestions and resources. This will also include a quarterly invitation to consider all areas of life; noticing the progress you’re making and identifying where there is still more work to be done.

Accountability | Community

Everything will take place inside of the community space, so no additional emails clogging up your inbox. This will allow you to stay focused, get additional support and encouragement and have a place to share your wins and achievements.

To support you as you embody more self-care, you’ll have full access to my entire EFT/Tapping library, which currently has over 250 videos that you can use and various meditations infused with energy healing. These are things you can listen to or watch daily; they will bring out the best in you and help you to embody more self-acceptance and self-belief.

Is there a minimum sign up period?
When you sign up, you're committing for the year!
Is there a community space?
There sure is. At the moment I am using Facebook.
Are there live calls?
There are no live coaching calls as part of this community. However, everyone who joins gets a quarterly invite to one of my group breathwork classes.
What if I fall behind?
There is no behind, just trust that you will see the content that you are meant to. A year of self-care is about setting the intention that you want to focus on you and readjust the balance in life. You will take action on the things that resonate and that you see..... trust in divine intervention!
